Calgary App is a location-based mobile application that allows users to discover locations in Calgary, check in at participating businesses, and earn $CGY rewards. The App connects users with local businesses and experiences throughout Calgary.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. $CGY Rewards and Points

$CGY points are digital rewards earned through App activities. Please note:

• $CGY points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points can only be redeemed at participating partner locations
• We reserve the right to modify the rewards system at any time
• Points may expire according to our policies

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Create false check-ins or manipulate the reward system
• Share inappropriate content or spam other users

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Calgary App and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calgary App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
